BSF is offering two (2) Challenges to get your NEW YEAR off to a rockin’ start!  Our 90 Day Challenge is BACK for clients looking for weight reduction.  If you have 20 or more pounds to lose, this is the challenge for YOU!  Next Level Challenge (NLC) is a 6-week challenge for clients who train on a regular basis, have good nutrition habits but just haven’t been able to get over that next hurdle.  If you are within 10-15 pounds of your goal weight and looking to train hard and hone your nutrition skills and knowledge base, ask about our Next Level Challenge!
