Boot Camper StephanieFirst of all I’m a mom of two and I have two step-children. I started Tiffany’s Boot camp in July so it hasn’t been a full year yet. I’ve lost 7 lbs, many inches (not sure how many) yet gained so much more. Starting three times a week at 5am to get your exercise may be crazy but it really gives you so much more energy. I’m not in her 6am class anymore but each day I would just get right out of bed to see what crazy things she would have us doing. From saving Private Ryan to doing the “Wave” with a weighted rope, you just never know what will happen, it’s always a surprise. You could be doing the silliest things and not even realize the muscles you are working till the next day when you're sore. To make things even better the class is outside so you get to see the sun rise at least 3 days a week, which I thought was really cool.

I’ve gotten so strong since I started, my arms are toned and my abs are wicked strong. Tiffany has also encouraged me to run. Last year I ran four 5K’s which I never would have believed I could ever do. Just recently with Tiffany’s month of March challenge’s and tips on diet, I’ve lost 5lbs. by watching what I eat and eliminating processed foods, which is totally amazing.

Exercise and healthy eating is now a huge part of my life. I work out 5 days a week and 4 of those days are with Tiffany. I’m totally a different person since July. I’m super excited for May when she moves boot camp back outside. Tiffany has been my inspiration and a role model to better my fitness and health. Thank you Tiff.  You’re the best!
