The Holiday Season has Officially Started!

It really is the most wonderful time of the year!

Nothing beats spending time with friends and family to celebrate the holidays and reflect on your on all you’ve accomplished this past year!

But all of the festivities can make it hard to find time to get to the gym, and you don’t want to wake up on January 1st and realize you lost all of the progress you made over the past 11 months.

So, we’re here to help you stay on track with a  plan of action!

The workouts begin on Saturday, December 1 (tomorrow!) and will take you right through to January 4!

Open House & Fit Over 50 Program Unveil on November 4th!


Welcome to Life Reimagined!

You’ve still got it, now it’s time to maintain it! After receiving lots of wonderful feedback from our over 50 locals (thank you!) we have designed a NEW Fit Over 50 program tailored specifically to your wants and needs. Now we would like to invite you to join us for an Open House and Fit Over 50 Program Unveil!

When: Sunday, November 4th from 11:00am – 1:00pm

Where: Milton Center Plaza, 15 Trieble Avenue, Ballston Spa (next to Hannaford)

There is no cost to attend our Open House. Simply come, tour the facility, meet owner Tiffany Robyck and learn about our Fit Over 50 Program!
